Returns
We sell digital goods and offer no physical content for the majority of our products save for business cards, flyers and other similar print materials. If you purchased print material from us and are not entirely satisfied please contact info@mundesigns.com and we will help re-order the product as described or, if necessary, refund you within 3-5 business days. Refunds are not processed until we receive the defective product by way of any viable shipping methods. You have 30 days from when you received to process a return. We always supply templates for print materials and do not honor refunds or returns based upon grammatical errors or design specifications approved from the proof we always send to our customers before processing anything.

Refunds are available if the order is not as described. We require the order received sent back to us within 14 days of the refund request. Once returned and verified, we will process a refund within 3-5 business days.
